Can´t create or edit employees

Hi, experts.

I´m trying to create or edit an employee data, but button "create" or "edit" is disabled only in my computer, if i log in another computer the button is enabled.

I checked out the pre-requisites for C4C on my computer and fulfulls it.

Does anyone have solved this problem or can help me? Please.

Hi,

I have seen this issue with one of my customer where we suggested to check the IE version in case not same than please upgrade or else you needed to upgrade the OS don't know the reason but by this way we had solved the issue.

My SO is windows 8.1 and IE 11, but i realize that it works fine in windows 7 home edition with firefox, i´m gonna taste it.

Hello Luis,

As per my understanding this should only be caused due to Browser which you are using and OS should not be the reason for this.

Please refer the above screenshot from Help Center.
