Hi SSM Experts!!
Im having a problem when I log into SSM, no matter if it is in my database or pwsample database, I get this view, with no titles, some undefined labels; we have already restarted SSM, JPIP and uploaded the instalation packages. But it is still the same. Last week it was working fine, but today i didnt work anymore.
I attach an image, does any one have an idea?
Thanks!!
Hi Ingrid,
Usually an 'undefined' labels in the user interface means that the correct bootstrap.zip was not loaded in Transporter.
So first check if the bootstrap file has the same date as the SSM installation files.

Isabel

Hi Ingrid,
The bootstrap original files are installed under \SAP Strategy Management\InternetPub\conf.
Then part of the install or upgrade steps you need to copy the new bootstrap file into here:
\usr\sap\<SID>\J00\j2ee\cluster\server0\temp\<SID>\import
So compare the file under the \import folder with the one in the original folder or
with the file date of PASAdmin.exe under \SAP Strategy Management\ApplicationServer.
The dates should match.
Hello Isabel,
I already checked the date of the files you said, and they were wrong, but I correct them and now they have the same date. Any way we have been working in quality environment long time ago with this files and it didnt show any error. The basis team say that it may be related to a component that is working wrong and it does not run when we start the instance.
I still have the same problem of the print screen I attached in the beginning.
I´ll tell you later if we can solve the error.
By the way, I also have this error (that I never had before), in Administrator page - Manage Scorecard and Library.
Regards!!
Ingrid.
