How to get a history report for user rights ?

Dear All,

We required a detail history report for the rights given to users.

eg.  How many movement types are given ?

       How many plant's rights are given to users  etc..

You have to use SUIM - Users by complex selection criteria. There you can enter the Authorization Object name and related Moment Type & Plants and it will give you number of users. However this will not give you historical data. It will only tell you currently these authorizations are assigned to any users.

Yes, you can check the user access history by use the transaction code SU01 -  from the menu select the info select the Change documents for users  - refer the same on snapshot.
