APC Values not coming in Dep Area 15 & 20

Hi,

I have created 3 depreciation areas under one Chart of Depreciation: (01 - Book Depreciation, 15 - Tax Depreciation & 20 - Cost Accounting Depreciation) and assigned different APC Gls and FSVs based on each depreciation area.

Now i have posted one acquisition (F-90) and executed one month depreciation run then while executing each FSVs for results then found that only Dep Area-01 display APC & DEP Values while the other only displays DEP Values....

Posting Indicators set for each area as follow:

01 - Area posts in real time.

15 - Area posts APC and Depreciation on Periodic Basis.

20 - Area posts APC and Depreciation on Periodic Basis.

My concern is why system is not posting APC on below 2 depreciation areas as well?

Please guide.

Please check transaction OABC which for adoption of the APC values.

Dear Bashir,

You mean OABC setting was not maintained earlier. If you have maintained this setting now, earlier transaction will not be affected. Please try to reverse the F-90 already done and re do. You can try this in the test system.

Hi Sumti,

I have maintained (01) in all depreciation areas on DEV Server in OABC then created new Asset, Procured it and Depreciated it but the system is only posting dep and acc dep to respective accounts for each depreciation area but no APC values, except for depreciation area 01.

Dear Bashir,

What Ttype you are using in F-90. Can you check in transaction OAYA if any this Ttype is limited for depreciation area.

Hi Bashir,

In "Define Depreciation Areas", did you maintain Acquisition value as "Only positive values or zero allowed, real depreciation area check box.

If you done the above settings system will show the APC value for all depreciation areas, and also check the settings in OBAC transaction code.

Hi Ravi,

Your suggested setting on Acquisition Value  is already maintained, and i am not using Interest Scenario therefore i think OBAC would not be relevant for my case.
