Valid to Date for CUOBJ (Instance Number)

Hello Friends,

When we execute the transaction CUTABLEINFO, we get a output with the data related to "Valid from" & "Valid To" for the particular instance number, as shown below in the image.

There are lot of default values in the format 99991231 followed by time, but from where the system picks up the values such as 20140929 (first line), where it is maintained and what does it exactly means & its impact ?

Regards

Dear Solanki,

As per my knowledge each instance number (VBAP -CUOBJ = INSTANCE) contains a record number  (IN_RECNO). and it stores a IBSYMOL with different symbol id's and it have a selected characteristics values in sales order. VALFR AND VALTO fields gives the information, creation of sales order date and time and  date and time of valid to ( by default date)

or use this below FS to get an exact information. VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION_IBASE

Hi Sreekanth.

The FM VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION_IBASE doesn't help to get the details of the "Valid from" & "Valid To" details for the configuration.

My question is as we see in the screen-shot the "Valid To" date for few of the instance is restricted to 20140929 (first line) where do we update that value so it appears in the report.

Where we have to maintain it to be able to change it.
