Hi,

What is the user ID you are using to run the installation, if it's in any domain are you using a user ID which has admin access in domain and local PC?

Hi Everyone thanks for all your efforts,

Issue is resolved.

The SID which im using is already existing in active directory with other domain. Thats the mistake from our network team.

So we have deleted existing and created new users sapsid , SAPServiceSID users under global admin group.

Hi Nani

1. Have you disable the Firewall & UAC on Windows Os ?

2. Have you added  user id's  SIDADM & SAPServiceSID  to local administrator group?

Hi Nani,

Please check below things on this...

1. You're trying to access the server (share on that server) that is not reacable.

2. Check the network between yours and that server.

3. Also, try adding the host name(FBWPDC2) in the host file the SAPINST is trying to reach.

Hi Sriram & Prudvi,

It looks like Domain admin rights issue for the user which i am using, we have escalated to our network team.

Hope this might works, but sure will inform you guys.

Thanks a lot for helping on my issue.

Hi Nani

1.  SAP domain user id's are case sensitive kindly create the user id in domain like this  -  SIDADM & SAPServiceSID.

2. Both user id are as part of local administrator group.

3. Start the SAP installation using the SIDADM user id.
