Dear Experts,

My client has a scenario which I need to implement in  SAP.

If an employee is absent CONTENTIOUSLY for 3 days, then on the 4th day, his LC (Local Conveyance) should be deducted.

even if the employee has absent quotas also the deduction should happen.

Can anyone please give me some idea and guide me..

Ex:

Emp applies for CL  for 5 days(his CL quota is 12) from April 1 st to April 5th.

then from 4th of  April, only his local conveyance should be deducted for 2 days.(4th and 5th).

Local conveyance is an allowance.?

yes, it is nothing but the usual conveyance allowance that is paid for the employees.

like HRA.

Hi Smitha,

You can create a time wagetype for absences in T510S.

Once this is generated in time and available in payroll you would need to write a PCR reducing 3 days from the value of the wagetype i.e. if it is in days.
