Filter in Unified inbox

Dear WF Experts,

I have configured the unified inbox and its working fine, but i am having an issue while applying the filter, when i click on the filter the task type is showing the Workflow id instead of the Workflow Description. Please advice what could be the issue.

    Hmmm... actually that's showing the Workflow ID followed by the Node ID of the workflow step. Please check those nodes have a description.

    Looks like a bug though... suggest you search for a SAP Note and if you can't find one report it via SAP Message.

    Hi Ibrahim,

    Have you setup the task description in the config? If you have not that explains the description used in the filter.

    See screenshots below:

    Make sure there is an entry for that Workflow template ID and Step ID with the description you would like to appear in the filter.
