VL10G issue, Add Document Data

Hi All,

I have an issue with delivery creation for a sales order with transaction VL10G. I have created a sales order with all the required details except MATERIAL FREIGHT GROUP and SHIPPING TYPE information at sales order item level. Saved the document. Now i have created delivery with transaction VL10G,

Step: 1 Goto transaction "VL10G' enter Sales order number and click on execute, system will display the open sales orders, select the required sales order number displayed and i select push button "ADD DOCUMENT DATA" the system has displayed other screen without any information of that sales order.

Note: I have created a new sales order by maintaining MATERIAL FREIGHT GP and SHIPPING TYPE at item level. For this sales i repeated same process in creation of delivery with VL10G. But here i can see the data after selecting  push button "ADD DOCUMENT DATA" for the sales order.

Can anyone help me out on this. Is this a standard process?

    Don't think we use this button and am not sure how it's supposed to work. Out of curiosity tried this in a test system - after clicking the 'Add Document Data' (Shift-F1) button the list just changes the layout, it seems. Even if I select just one order, after clicking the button it still shows all other orders too. However, this is just an ALV screen, so you can use the layout buttons to change/save layout. There is the whole bunch of additional fields that are not visible by default.

    If this has been resolved then kindly close the discussion.
