How to upload Inspecton Plans in back date by ecatt

Hi Experts,

I want to upload Inspection Plan in back date ( i.e :- 01-06-2014 ) for new items by ecatt.

But to upload Header ( 10 ) when i am putting back date in ecatt file ZFINISP, system is picking present date automatically.

So when i am uploading rest operations 20,30 ,40 ( by ZQP02N ) in back date,  system is giving error Header or Inspection plan not available.

Plz suggest in simple steps how to upload same in back date.

I don't know configuration part so plz provide simple solution or settings.

Hi Dheeraj,

Please note that if you can manually create an inspection plan on back date & assign inspection operation on back date, then your ECATT should also work fine with assignment of old dates for header & operation assignment.

I think, it's possible to have an old "Key date" (PLKOD-DATUV) at the header level, but operation specific dates are the updated by system dates (PLPOD-ANDAT, PLPOD-AEDAT, etc)

Just can you try changing your input for Key Date -

In the output for operation still System Dates are picked -

Please check with your technical team on how is the inspection plan header Key Date is fetched. If this is corrected, then you should not have issues in assigning/adding the subsequent operations in your inspection plan.
