SAP LSO : Adding trainer details in post evaluation form

Dear all,

I need to add trainer / instructor details in post evaluation form in LSO.

How do i acheive this?

shall i achieve this through config.? Kindly suggest.

You can configure an Appraisal Forms in the Objective Setting and Appraisals module for these. Learner will be able to fill out the questionnaire in the Learning Portal.

Thanks for your reply.

It is the form issued to the participants after training completed to evaluate about trainer ,

resources, location etc..... for completed courses.

Hi,

Is this form like feed back form in a paper or it is from SAP only ?

we use TEM not LSO and after the training, trainee has to give feed back regarding the trainer and etc. for this we create appraisal system and  relationship with P - E B025 A025.

In LSO also we can do this, check it once.
