Update error at QA32

Hi Experts,

We are getting update error in QM module(tcode QA32). It is showing below error text: Update termination file QMEL, return code 4, number 6000096

I have attached the SM13 screenshot here.

Can anybody help me to resolve it?

Hi everybody thanks for your reply. But I have resolved the issue in tcode IW20. It was a number range issue.
