    Hi Virendra,

I believe as a consultant we should be able to map the Client requirements to the SAP Solution.

The reason being providing a solution based on what information you have provided people may give you their solutions which may not be really needed by your business 😊

So my suggestion would be to Map you requirements and see where are the gaps and then for these gaps if you need help SCN community members are all there to help you out..

To start with based on what you have given: I would say create one level 1 use this top level to attach drawing or documents pertaining to the new product.

Then have 3 level two WBSes  as ( Planning, Design and Execution) and expand them out to further details using lower level WBSes under each one of these or use n/w activities..

You can use Project Stock and valuated stock to option to get the cost of producing the inhouse product.

Use MRP for planning of orders and assembly line..

Vendor creation and Quality testing should be left to the QM and MM consultants, i don't think you can do much in here..

    Hope it helps

    Regards

    Sammar
