Hi,
Though currently i am associated with Employee Central Configuration,
I am curious to know how various company id (which is available in provisioning) is linked to respective customer instance.
In my project, there are 3 company id's in provisioning, and these are linked to 3 distinct customer instances.
How company / instance / link is created/maintained and which team is responsible for this?

SuccessFactors do this upon request from the consultant who requires access via a form on the Partner Portal.
To gain access "submit a new Customer Provisioning Access Request with documentation showing your customer approval". Usually this customer approval is an email from the customer to the consultant in a format as per this example on the Partner Portal.
