Hello all...
A client has the Renewal flag checked on a Service Contract. Based on the current logic, the "contract owner" will receive an alert based on the reminder lead time defined.
The question is... Can this alert be turned off without unchecking the "Renewal" flag on the contract?

Deselecting renewal check box is only option to turn off alert.
