Turn off Service Contract renewal alert

Hello all...

A client has the Renewal flag checked on a Service Contract. Based on the current logic, the "contract owner" will receive an alert based on the reminder lead time defined.

The question is... Can this alert be turned off without unchecking the "Renewal" flag on the contract?

     I agree with Tausif set your month value to Max i.e.9999.

Deselecting renewal check box is only option to turn off alert.

Hi,

If you do not want system alert for reminder you can select the Reminder Month and enter the value 999
