Is there any way i can replicate the attachments (attached in service objects) of material master to C4C from ECC?
Also i want to replicate attachments from customer master to C4C from ECC
Hello Mahesh,
There is no possibility of replicating attachments via integration. Its not possible as a part of standard integration content delivered by SAP.

Hi Mahesh
Yes - you can. We do support attachments with some objects in the integration, but only with the CRM integration, not the ERP integration. Even with CRM, the attachments are more on transaction data and not master data like what you need.
If you have a webdav server we have integration using webdav. In our how-to blog there should be a guide on webdav, additionally it is also at https://service.sap.com/cloud4customer
If you are using integration with SAP Jam - there are some neat things you can do with jam work patterns that could also be used if you can get the ERP attachments available to jam.
I think one question is who will own these attachments for you moving foward - could I attach something to a customer in C4C that the ERP person should be able to see? Or is it all the ERP documents should be available to the cloud end user? On other option is to have some type of a mashup that exposes them. I'm not sure we've tried that, though.
Others may have some tips/experiences as well.

Hi Ginger,
Thanks for responding to my post.
I do see webdav path in fileinput workcenter. but i am not sure about webdav integration is done or not. what it mean really to do webdav intergration.
we have already configure as per this document.
what else do be done after we did this.
I also have another question on copying big size file like 350 mb into webdav it is not allowing we are getting some error like
Please help us with detail process with attachments with Webdav.
Thanks,
Mahesh
I guess once we are done with the Webdav integration, user has to go to individual product and select the attachemnt from webdav folder (which is linked with your box.com etc.. ).
where as i am looking for a solution is there any way we can automate the load process to attach the documents.
i found only one way is doing it with webservices.
Thanks,
Mahesh Gattu
