Workflow for Solution Manager Project Document Status

Hello,r

We are trying to set up workflow approval for Solution Manager Document status change.

scenario:

1. Business User upload BB document with status either new or In progress

2. Once he change status review, workflow should be trigger ad will go to reviewer.

3. Once it get approved by reviewer document status should be changed to reviewed and new workflow should be trigger to approver.

4. Once it is approved by approver document status should be changed to Approved.

We had configured "Digital Signature" for above and able to change document status bu manually signed in SOLAR01, by each user.

But we require this to done via workflow.

Not clear bit have idea like this can be done by object type "SOLMANDOC". But don't know how to configure.

Had go through some documents where mention that it will show in SWE2 automatically after digital signature configuration.

But we are not able to see it in SWE2 or in SWEL.

If anybody have idea on this then this would be great help for us.

Please let me know if anybody have solution for this...as we have urgent requirement of this.

We are not able to trigger workflow for second level for Solution Manager (SOLAR) Project documnet. We need to map document status change release for 3 level approval,

Thanks for update.

We had set up new workflow for SIGN method for SOLMANDOC event.

Now the issue we are facing is this workflow is work for only 1 level. for send approval we can't see any workflow in inbox.( however we can do it manually in SOLAR01 and sign the document for next stage).

Do we require any further customization here or any Z development?

Further if anybody have idea which workflow template we can use here.

Thanks for update.

But I need solution manager project specific document. I am very new to configure workflow set up. I did some google and came to know

- In SWE2 - We can use "Object Category BO - BOR Object type" and " Object type  SOLMANDOC " with " Event - SIGNATURE_PROCESS_START  and SIGNATURE_PROCESS_CANCELLED".

In above combination I had added " Receiver Call as - Function Module " and Receiver Function Module as - SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF".

Further to this I have to assign my owe configure workflow at Receiver Type ( e.g. WS999XXXXX)

I want to know how to configure this, in SWDD.

If you have any idea of this please update me, we have a urgent client requirement on this.
