FS00: While creating GL account only table entries (SKB1) are getting populated

Hi Experts,

Need one help.

While creating GL account only table entries (SKB1) are getting populated but while displaying GL account Message is getting encountered saying “Account XXXXXX does not exist in company code XXXX”.

GL account is getting created and displayed correctly in SKA1 table and FSP0 Tcode (COA level) but not at Company code level.

Later I tried to create the GL account but ABAP Dump is getting encountered saying entry is already existing in the SKB1 table but GL account is not getting displayed in FS00/FSS0 table. Even I tryed to create GL account using FS00 & FSS0 same error is getting encountered.

Error is only at Company Code level.

Thanks you very much in advance.

Regards,

Sudhir Harale

Hi

Check for the following:

1. Check OSS Note 1736512

2. Check if your language of COA is different from the language in which you login. If that is the case, you may consider login with a language same as your COA and maintaining the text of GL Account in the language in which you had logged in previously

3. Check if there are any data base issue with your basis folks, when you execute FS00. They can check in SM31 the system update.
