Crystal Report Scheduling Error

Hi Experts,

I scheduled the crystal report from BI launch pad to the FTP server. But it got failed with the error message :

Login error. []: [CrystalEnterprise.Ftp]

I searched for this in SCN forums but didn't get any correct/helpful answer on this.

Please help and advise what could be the reason for the above error?
