CJ43- Revenue planning Version 0 issue

Hi,

We have a book and ship project that we normally plan quarterly. And everything was going smoothly for 2014 but version zero is not planning for 2015 projects. Since CJ43 doesn't have any planned values in CJ43, the subsequent program to copy "version 0 to project manager version PS3" is not planning either. I checked all the config for revenue planning in SPRO but everything seems to be fine.

Below are screenshots of our cnfig.

The project is released as usual and on CJ43, the msg appears ( no error) "there are no values for display".

Please let me know what am I missing?

Hi,

You can run report S_ALR_87013554 to understand if there is any plan data for 2015 in versions 0 and PS3 as well as to compare between version 0 and version PS3.

Probably you do not have any 2015 planning in the version 0.

Also check that the WBS-element has a Billing element indicator to carry any revenue plan/actual data.

yes. The report for plan 0 shows plan data available.

And yes the billing element indicator is checked for the project in concern. Is there anything missing from SD side?

I am bit lost, what do you expect to copy from version 0 to PS3 if they look already in sync?  There is no delta between them to be copied.

Or your concern is that you see only cost, but no plan for revenue?  Is revenue planning in your process manual or automatic from the SD?

Please check the billing plan in SD for 2015.

you are right. I see the ONLY cost planned (CJ41) but not revenue planning for the same (CJ43). Where do I check if it's automatic or manual? I assume it's manual ( when the project is released) the revenue is planned for version 0 but I am unsure. I am relatively new to the PS support.

yes. The integration planning is turned off and "Automatic revenue planning from sales order" is checked in the config of the planning profile in spro.

Where do I check SD billing plan for 2015 setting?

In VA03 you can search for Sales Orders based on the WBS-element.  I am not sure, but you can probably see the order number also from the PS Info System project structure report.

From the order master data you should be able to select from the GOTO menu the Billing Plan, try asking the SD colleague to help you.
