How to change width of WBS element definition in S_ALR_87100185 report?

Dear Experts,

I'm running S_ALR_87100185 report for WBS element costs of the year. However, in the report I can't get the entire definition of WBS elements. I'm attaching a picture to show.

In the report the definition comes as

-MDF2 SIEMPELKAMP PRE

But in actual master data it is:

-MDF2 SIEMPELKAMP PRES UZATMA

So S_ALR_87100185 report shows only first 20 characters and hides the rest.

Anyone knows how to change the width of the definition column of the report?

Dear Talha Ugur,

After Executing the report go to settings select ,

1. Characteristic Display,

2. select the line  (Description (long) 40)

3.instead of Name 20 

4. click on refresh

5. click on Confirm

for reference find the attachment

HI Ugur,

After executing the Report --> Select the Object --> In setting Tab Select the Characteristic display --> Select the Line -->  Object Description (long) and Make the Length as 40 Char.

Than you can see the Complete description of the WBS Element.

Kindly note MaX 58 Char can be display includes the WBS Coding mask and Description.

Thank you for your answers, however lead column width can only show 60 characters at a time. Thank you for your solutions, they were all helpful but not completely because of SAP standard I guess.

Still description is missing a bit Thanks

Hi Talha,

The width can be changed in the following navigation:
1. Click the "object" title
2. Settings->characteristic display->lead column

However, it is not possible to build lead column with more than 67 characters.

PS: if you want to save the new settings, please remember to click the "save" button after this change.

I am not sure ...let me give a try

For s_alr_87100185 ..use report 3CST1 Check in CJE2/Cje5 ,, This ALR report where you can find value and character tab where you can do

necessary changes.

Check out this ...let us know same.

Kindly try for some other standard reports as well, are you getting the same.

I had checked all the reports are coming in same way. Its standard SAP behaviors.
