Offline Backup in HA - Need Help

Hi Experts,

We have SAP application on MSCS HA with Oracle 11g database. we are trying to take offline backup but the DB is automatically moving to another cluster node and coming to online during offline backup run.

we have tried with DB13 but getting below error. could you please anyone suggest is there any HA specific procedure needs to be followed to take offline backup? I could not find any information in installation guide and help portal.

we have tried to bring all oracle services through failsafe software and tried but still no luck.

Please help me to resolve this.

Thank you very much!
