LTA isn't carry forwarding into next year

Dear Friends,

I need your help.....! and also kindly consider this issue is very urgent........!

1. when i will generate the program "HINCREMS" it's showing claims balance FYI below is screen shot

2. But when I'm generating the program "HINCREMC" for carry forward balance to next year it isn't showing "0" balance FYI below is screen shot

Kindly help me ASAP....!

Whether you are following calendar year or fiscal year Y for fiscal year.?

but when we look at the status report screen shot validity period end date seems to 31.12.2014 since it is looking for calendar year.

Where you have defined eligibility amount.?

have you checked what is the problem by clicking on log button in carry forward report you will face that error in case if you forwarded balance and again trying to forward balance whether you have checked them.?

and if not carry forwarded then we have to pass end date of validity i.e 31.12 2014 you have to pass in the report then you can carry forward it.

check calendar year or fiscal year.

Have you configured table V_T7INAA to carry forward claim balances if not configure it then it should work.

Change the validity period end date as 01.01.2015 then execute carry forward report 01.01.2015 and then check pass payroll area as well.

The main and predominant part in reimbursement report is Reimbursement details Reimbursement type and end date accordingly it works one more thing is if you face any such problem utilize SHIFT+F1 it helps you to understand what is the problem.
