system is allowing Earned Leave for more then 3 times in a year

Hi Friend,

Am facing a problem in portal..

System is allowing EL for more then 3 times in a year although we have a check in our SAP that system will not allow EL for more then 3 times in a year.

I have checked the back end configuration, looks everything fine and i have checked the table T554S, in that field MINTG=3,MAXTG=99, but its woks in development but not in production.

Please suggest your inputs..

Regards,

Rajesh

As far i understand MINTG and MAXTG is used to restrict number of days in a single stretch i.e MINTG is 3 if you apply 1 day system does not accept minimum 3 days leave maximum 99 days leave it is not meant for 3 times in a year minimum 99 times in a year maximum.

if you have a requirement to validate leaves 3 times in a year have to implement BADI.

    Regards

    Venkatesh
