Error in Production for component

Hi Experts,

I need your suggestions, for one of our client  webdynpro component is working fine in QLT but not working in PRD

it showing " Exception condition " ONLY_2_CHAR_FOR_MESAGE_ID" .

Note: Previously system was upgraded to EHP7.

Please suggest your ideas. Rewards for Correct answer.
