Change GROUP_CURRENCY in Scope dimension

Hi everybody, I am facing an strange issue when maintaining the SCOPE dimension in BPC 10.1 NW so I would really appreciate any feedback you could provide.

Namely, I did some testing with a Consolidation model where I used different members from the SCOPE dimension so now I have transaction data in Ownership, Rate and Consolidation models.

I now want to change the GROUP_CURRENCY from USD to EUR for one member but the web interface does not enable the SAVE and PROCESS button, when I change the text with the currency's ID the row stays blue and button is disabled.

I am admin user and I had already saved and processed other properties, members and Business rules so it is nothing related with security. Thanks in advance for any help!

Additionally, when I edit this dimension it does not display the Descriptions for the members nor the selector for displaying "List" or "Hierarchy". I tried copying this dimension.

Turned out to be a BPC bug, supposedly corrected applying a patch. It is related to a user so with I resolved by simply changing the user for another one that had permissions to edit this dimension.

Recently ran into this issue again, I solved this using a different user for editing the dimension:

Yo have to get out of that cell/row you edited. Then BPC will enable Save and Process.

For the Description and Hierarchy issue can you please show structure of your Dimension?

Hi Gersh, I usually maintain all dimensions just as you stated but in this case I don't know which bug or issue turned out. At the end I had to copy the SCOPE from the one delivered in the EnvShell and reassign this new copied dimension to my existing model, thanks for the feedback have a good one!
