Does anyone know what standard dashboards are included in BusinessObjects BI, Edge Edition? I am looking for a comprehensive list

Why would you want to use some default, basic and extremely generic dashboards for your organization if you can create a really useful, specific dashboard yourself?

Anyway, I found this list in an old 2011 document on Edge XI 3.1 (Quick Guide to Implement SAP Best Practices for Business Intelligence V4.31). Maybe you can still find more info on this somewhere, for example here: SAP Best Practices for Business Intelligence V4.31 - English.

Hi Joe,

You can find the dashboard templates with the installation of Dashboards designer itself.

The path is as below.

Open the Dashboard designer-->File-->Templates-->Category.

Here you can find the template dashboards for Finance,Government,HR,Sales etc..

As suggested by Xavier develop the dashboards as per your own based on the requirements.

You can use all the versions of Dashboards for the Edge version of the BO server.

Dashboards departmental version includes all the features so this version is also available for BO edge version .

Other versions include personal edition etc

Do you know of anywhere that I could find a list of all these dashboards that are included with the product? For example, a web page or document that lists all of the dashboards

Hi Joe,

Are you looking for the sample dashboards that are included when installing the SAP Dashboards?

If so, Within the tool, you can go to File < Samples to get the list.

They are physically located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Xcelsius 4.0\assets\samples\User Guide Samples

Hi Joe,

There is no any standard dashboards are available as of now as we can do is get the module-wise KPI and you can design the dashboard from the paper and look whether you can proceed to develop. when you work SAP BW you can get some default dashboard, but i haven't tried succeed till the end to execute it.
