Ordered software from the sap.com store, got an "order in progress" email at 8:55 AM, now it's 2:55 PM, the amount has hit Visa... but where's my stuff?

Have you logged into service marketplace to see if it is there?
If not, I would suggest using the "contact" link in your order confirmation e-mail or the "support" link from the banner of the SAP Store site.
