Backup process is failing at its second step in SAP BPC 7.5 MS

Hello Experts,

When we are trying to run Backup process it is failing in its second step.

I have attached the snap of the errors which we are getting, Please suggest the way to fix this error and proceed further with Backup process.

Hello Henry,

I was interested to the error part : "The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect"

Please give a try to SAP Note : "1457666 - BPC: OutlookSoft SendGovernor service cannot be
started
".

Hi Henry,

Just for confirmation that services connections are running properly please run Server Diagnostic. Might be issue of any database connection, so run server diagnostic.

Hi Henry,

if you have used a local path on the server for the backup and not a network path then probably some files in you system files folder are corrupted, so you need to follow this note 1371231 - Error when attempting a backup: "Cannot compress the WebFolders file. [Error:]" and "Canno...

Hi Henry,

Use same credential who has access to BPC System and then perform the backup activity.
