Where to start learning Cloud for customer ?

Hello All,

I have been a SAP CRM consultant for 5 years around and as a process to enhance knowledge & Skill, I plan to start learning cloud for customer. Can you please point me towards some appropriate link/content. Also I would like to read through some success stories for cloud implementation, please share, Thanks.
