Remove Empty and Zero Values not working - Multiple Page Axis Selected

Hi,

I have a report which is set to "Remove Empty and Zero Values" in the rows. It works fine until...I just changed the page axis to select multiple members and now this setting doesnt seem to work? I have many lines which are showing that are zeros.

I have "Set Default Value in Empty Cell" to 0. Then I decided to remove this setting and found that the zero lines disappeared.

This a bug? Workaround?
