Don't understand what you mean, TBB1 ? used for posting treasury flows in FI ...!?

HI

Philippe.

Sorry use t-code TBL1

Yes, i know that but i have only a warning message in deal check or during the save of the deal.

In limit utilization details, we have indeed a red light in regards to the relevant exceeded limit type but impossible to block the creation of the deal ...

Hi

I think it will not cross the limit amount which you have set at master level at TBB1

Hi Philippe,

SAP standard supports warning message only if limit is crossed and workflow triggering option is available if limit is crossed.

Hi Philippe,

Configuring an error message is possible. under more SPRO>TRM>CRA>Basic settings>Automatic Integration of Financial Objects in Transaction Master Data > (affected product group)>Activate/Deactivate Financial Object Integration

In here , if you mention the option Fully active, all the transaction crossing the limit will give an error and the transaction cannot be saved.

Hi Nikhil,

The purpose Partly Active / Fully Active is different as per knowledge. If their is any error In the financial object then  transaction will not save in fully active status and  in partly active status transaction will save in case of any error also.

thanks Naresh,

I'll go that way with workflow

Happy 2015 !

Hi

If the above way not worked as suggested by Naresh

Please follow this way. We have used this way in our client

You have to implement the following steps in your system to configure

the message K-782:

If the application area 'K-' is not already available in V_T100SA,

follow these steps:

1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'V_T100SA' view.

2) Select 'Maintain' and then 'New Entries'.

3) Enter a new entry with:

   Application Area K-

4) Save the entry.

In order to customize the message K- 782.

1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'T100S' table.

2) Select 'Maintain' and then 'New Entries'.

3) Enter a new entry with:

   Application Area K-

   MSGNO 782

   Allowed WE

   Standard E

Switch Off (No Entry in this column)

4) Save the entry

Next steps are for user customization.

1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'V_T100C' view

2) Select 'Maintain'.

3) On the next screen, enter application area 'K-' and choose 'Enter'.

4) On the next screen you may set the message type as 'E' for online

   and batch.

Please take the help of technical person

Hope issue will be resolved
