Hi Philippe,
Configuring an error message is possible. under more SPRO>TRM>CRA>Basic settings>Automatic Integration of Financial Objects in Transaction Master Data > (affected product group)>Activate/Deactivate Financial Object Integration
In here , if you mention the option Fully active, all the transaction crossing the limit will give an error and the transaction cannot be saved.

Nikhil
Hi
If the above way not worked as suggested by Naresh
Please follow this way. We have used this way in our client
You have to implement the following steps in your system to configure
the message K-782:
If the application area 'K-' is not already available in V_T100SA,
follow these steps:
1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'V_T100SA' view.
2) Select 'Maintain' and then 'New Entries'.
3) Enter a new entry with:
Application Area K-
4) Save the entry.
In order to customize the message K- 782.
1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'T100S' table.
2) Select 'Maintain' and then 'New Entries'.
3) Enter a new entry with:
Application Area K-
MSGNO 782
Allowed WE
Standard E
Switch Off (No Entry in this column)
4) Save the entry
Next steps are for user customization.
1) Start transaction SM30 for the 'V_T100C' view
2) Select 'Maintain'.
3) On the next screen, enter application area 'K-' and choose 'Enter'.
4) On the next screen you may set the message type as 'E' for online
and batch.
