BEx report on DSO: do not aggregate values

Experts,

how to set DSO (or BEx query) to not aggregate on BEx report values for one field? I do not want to drag to the report all fields to differentiate records (in my case I need about 6 fields to see the difference between records). I would like to have report with only two characteristics: WBS Element, ZTYPPL.

Hi Mateusz,

What is the character that is the  differentiation of the record...which shud give you value 1.

WBS Element, ZTYPPL have similar values.....the third Char which differentiates...Add in the Rows and Hide it to show the Values of it.

As others have stated, this is standard behaviour. You can work around this by adding to the rows all the key fields of the DSO. If you don't want them to be shown to the user, you can hide them.

Hi

As I understand this is inherent property of OLAP which will sum the key figure values relating characteristics (identical keys) available in query rows.

I believe you have to use a column in query which distinguish the records to avoid summation of key figures.
