Account Assignment F PO displays wrong value for Still to deliver in ME23N

Hi,

We have created a multiple line PO with Account Assignment F and have maintained the Released Orders for each line.

Ordered Value is displayed correctly in ME23N. We have made GR for only one line item.

Now the Still to deliver value displays wrong value.

Kindly suggest

Dear Shankar,

Kindly check the same in ME2L report it won't be displayed, request you to check the same in EKPO and ESSR, for better understanding do calculation for below logic.

Still to be delivered = (Total EKPO-NETWR) - (Total ESSR- LWERT)

Also check the following note for more understanding

1752475 - "Still to be delivered" displays the wrong value in ME23N

Only GR for 1st Line Item for 350 EUR is posted.

Your PO status says you haven't done any GR yet.

Can you see the PO history tab ? If yes, then please post the screen shot that.

Yes.. You are correct. No GR is made yet.

However, the Order Value and Still to deliver value is different.

They both should be same.

if you have done GR for the PO you can see partially delivered under status tab, please seen the screen shot

your screen shot showing that you haven't done GR.

Yes. That seems quite different. Are you using any additional amount for any condition type in condition tab ?

Yes.. Its a import PO for India.We are adding BCD, JCV, Ecess and SECess.
