How can I use the CPPR function

Hi expert,

I read some articles about CPPR, while not so clear.

My systems are ECC 617 - PI - SRM713.

I activated the cppr, while I got nothing in the CPPR, the PR always transfer to SRM directly, not stop in CPPR, so I can not do anyhing in CPPR.

Can you help me get more clear?

Hi Hayashi,

Did you set CV_AUT_SOURCING as false in the BADI?

Please set this and retest if the PR still directly goes to generate SRM SC.

like what Ivy mentioned you need to activate thee  BADI BADI ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST

and method CHECK_EXTERNAL_SOURCING that needs to be implemented. Even if the BADI is active this method needs to be implemented.

Run transaction SWETYPV in SAP ERP system.

Ensure that the following entries are present:

BOR Object Type

BUS2105

RFXREQUESTED

WS53800009

   No errors

BOR Object Type

BUS2105

SOURCINGREQUESTED

WS53800009

   No errors

Hi Hayashi,

Please check if the following settings are done in ECC side:

1, activate switch LOG_MM_P2PSE_1

2, create BADI ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST

IF_EX_ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST~ACTIVE: Here, 3 output parameters

need to be set to true.

A, when parameter CV_AUT_SOURCING is set to true, external sourcing (e.g. SAP SRM system) is active in SAP ERP system

B, when parameter CV_EXT_RFX_IND is set to true, RFx can be created out of PR directly from SAP ERP system using application CPPR

C, when parameter CV_EXT_SC_IND is set to true, PR in SAP ERP system will be transferred to SAP SRM using application CPPR

B & C should be set as true
