SAP CLM phase information page enhancement

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to hide the workflow phase information page located under document system toolbar based on conditions for contract documents.

Please let me know if i there any option to hide it.

We are able to hide attachments page throwing error messages "not authorized" as there is a class available to code in the event. But for workflow phase information to write any piece of code. this is not exposed in scripting available classes. can we expose any class by our own to write code, please let m e know.

Hi Narender,

You can hide the phase information via Toolbar Customization. Below is the toolbar id: system.toolbar.standard_document.system_group.standard_document_dropdown.config_phase_info

But I don't think you can make it conditional.

Thanks kushagra for your response, my requirement is to either hide  based on groups assigment to users or display an authorization message at the time of loading the phase information page.
