TNLWF deductions getting deducted twice

Hi Friends

For an employee, during Dec-14, arrears calculated from Nov-14 due to change in pay from previous month.

TNLWF deduction done in Dec-14, getting processed for Nov-14 arrears salary separately and again for Dec-14 salary.

I checked the cluster and found TNLWF  deducted for 08/2014 processed in 09/2014 and also for 09/2014 processed in 09/2014.

This needs to be restricted for only one deduction to be done.

Pl. help me to implement the same

    Hi Raghu,

    Have you done salary posting for Nov. month..

    If yes then reverse it, delete pay result & revise pay structure .. Finally run Nov month payroll...

    After this go for december month payroll.. Hope this should sort your issue...

      There is no issue in the payroll process and payrol posting.

      We had completed for Nov-14 and then only we moved to Dec-14.

      For one employee arrear payment was done and due to this, in Dec-14 TNLWF getting deducted twice.

      Now that payroll process and payroll posting completed for Dec-14, this issue has been noticed.

      Normally, TNLWF should deduct either during the month of December or during his leaving only once.

      Further employee should have completed 30 days of service.
