Alerts Not Getting Deleted From Planning Book

Hi All,

We ran the program - /SAPAPO/AMON_REORG to delete old database alerts. program ran succesfully and job log shows alerts are deleted.

However when I am going to planning book and clicking on Alerts - Its again showing old alerts - why its not getting deleted?

Hello Alok,

For macro alerts, in defining the activities of the responsible macro in macrobuilder, set the "Delete in context" activity before the 'update in context' activity for alerts.

Use the report '/SAPAPO/AMON_REORG'. In this case, remove the flag 'Simulation run' to let the alerts be deleted.

Hi Alok,

You can also delete the alerts from alert monitor or using the report /sapapo/amodal_delete.
