We are using SAP Crystal reports 2011 in the OPD platform (server). OS - Windows 2008 server
We have a main report which is scheduled to run at 5 am everyday and this main report will trigger other 30 on successful completion.
These 30 reports goes to pending status and remain in pending status for long time. Once i restart the crystal services (Server Intelligence agent) all the reports start running.
We are unable to find the root cause for this issue.
Could someone please assit me with this issue.
