Hi,

I created the PO with 5 items.

1st item has 5 quantities of unit price 60 and amount = 300

I saved the PO and clicked print preview, quantity/amount seen correct.

I changed the PO quantity to 10 of same unit price 60. amount = 600 which got updated in PO.

But after saving, when I looked the print preview which has the quantity updated to 10, but amount is still - 300.

Dear Sankar,

It seems the clear functionality is not happening for PO price in smartform program, kindly ask your ABAPer to put clear in smartform.

Hi,

This issue is fixed.

Net price on the smart form was being picked from EKET- J_3ANETW which was not getting updated when the quantity was changed on the PO. We applied below notes to resolve the issue.

1974210 - EKET-J_3ANETW not updated when contract quantity is changed

1978510 - Net value of the schedule line is not updated when you change the scheduled quantity

Have you seen the correct amount in table EKPO - NETWR ?

If it is correct, then consult with your ABAPer to check the smart form, from where the amount 300 is showing.
