Single user not getting workflow notification emails

Hi Experts,

We have setup extended workflow notification due to which users are able to get workflow notification emails in their inbox. There is a single user though who is not able to get the same. We have re-created the user thinking it could be user issue. What can I check so that this user can get her workflow notifications?

    Obviously you checked their email address, as stored against their user record in SAP..?

    And their SPAM / Junk folders?
