Mapping is not available for Keyfigure 0CRM_NUMIN

Dear Experts,

While populating data to DSO 0CRM_CT_I (Customer Contact: Inbound) it is observed that the mapping is not available for keyfigure 0CRM_NUMIN between datasource [0CRM_CONTACT_IN] and DSO 0CRM_CT_I.

Could some one please guide how to populate data for the keyfigure 0CRM_NUMIN so that I can map appropriate source filed/fields for the same.

Hi Khader,

0CRM_NUMIN is item number documents/Number of Inbounds. Using this filed we can calculate no of inbounds for each CRM Marketing element with Business Partner (filed).

First, This is not mandatory filed.So, most of case, we will use "no update" at transformation level/Update rule.

In some case, we will use constant values (1) or else we can also map with source filed "Item."

Its depends on business. However, please check with business as well.

Thank you very much for providing response. Now I got some clue on this.

a) Could you also please confirm the source field once again, as I dont have "item" field in my datasource "0CRM_CONTACT_IN".

b) if I restrict the field with Constat value (1) how shall I make use in Bex query

I will be using this field further in query 0CRM_MC06_Q3014.

Hi Khader,

If item filed is not there, then go with Constant value (1) until cube level.

I don't think the filed 0CRM_NUMIN is much useful in reporting for customers to take decision. If it is necessary for you, then restrict the key fig 0CRM_NUMIN with characteristic “Business Transaction type-(0CRM_PRCTYP) ” ( if the field is available) by crating restricted key figure at Query designer level.

Thank you once again for your reply. I will dot it accordingly. You have rightly addressed my query.

One last question, could you kindly also share base tables for datasource 0CRM_CONTACT_I. this is required because there are zero records while populating from CRM system.

I have checked in PSA as well as RSA3 transaction in CRM system for the above datasource. Hence would like to check the appropriate data in CRM tables.
