Quantity not getting confirmed in sales order

Hi,

In sales order,qty is not getting confirmed.I have check the ATP Qty through order itself and it is showing 0 for CUM.ATP QTY.

However in CO09,its showing 1 for CUM.ATP QTY.

I have attached snapshot as well.

Kindly suggest me in this.

Hi,

I faced the same problem recently. some times if you delete any line item or Sales order, confirmed quantity of the line item will not be released as ATP, Please try to run a program SDRQCR21 by giving plant and Material and check all the check boxes and Execute, It will release the reserved( deleted order or line item quantity). try it.

This should not be the case.

I think you might be giving wrong MRP area while going in CO09

Share two screenshots as per below buttons when in VA02

I expect both of them to match.

Kindly share screenshots and then we can proceed further

Hi Loganath,

Y are you asking for delivery on 26.10.2014.  ?

make your delivery date as today or a future date and try.

Then also, If you are getting the same problem, then this stock of 1 quantity is allocated for the order of date 23-02.2014.  check that.

I dont see any other problem here

Hi Lognathan,

MMBE and CO09 are completely different.

you may see stock in MMBE but no stock available for ATP (which will be checked via CO09 as per scope of check)

The only discrepancy possible in this is that sometimes even after PGI, requirement is shown in MD04 or even after deletion of order or material, it is not cleared of CO09. which can be removed by running ATP Correction program SDRQCR21.

Other than that like i said before, in order those 2 buttons will always be in sync.

Whether this program SDRQCR21 will delete only duplication or other actual reservation as well.

Kindly share the impact of this report.

Hi Loganathan,

The program is intended to remove the discrepant entries b/w MD04 and CO09.

It will not remove any actual reservation.

Also run the program only for 1 plant and material as it is recommended to run it in silent window in case of more plants and materials.

run the program in Test mode first and see if there are any discrepancies. If there are then do the actual run.

I checked SDRQCR21 and it listed no data.However in availability overview still one qty is confirmed to unknown order dated 23.02.2014.

I checked at table level as well.

Hi Loganath,

Try to retrieve the archived sales order of date 23rd 02.14, if its archived. Then reject the item and close the order.

Use Tcode : SARA and use object SD_VBAK to retrieve your archived sales order.

What is the storage location in your sales order? put it as J002 and check.

After that i am getting this error : Item has no open quantity - Check fixed quantity

Hi Loganath,

the ATP check at order level is showing that an order dated 23rd is utilizing the stock available now.

so today's order is not having ATP quantity.  check the order of 23rd and its delivery date.

check the transfer of requirement field in your schedule line category.

Also check MD04
