Purchasing Iview issues while working with POD

Hi Experts,

We have NW 7.3 EHP1 SP08 Portal. We have already configure NWA and created launcher successfully to facilitate POD. We included purchasing and Inbox SAPUI5 Iview under launcher. Rest of the applications working fine but only issues with purchasing and Inbox applications. We are using standard functionality. I have checked user have all authorizations from the backend SRM system. Also these are working fine in Portal Desktop. We are using URL alias for accessing POD. For purchasing, It's opening in safari browser but as standard functionality "Create Shopping Cart" button not opening new window. For Inbox, 'Details'  button doing nothing. As well as when we click on the work items link doing nothing. Surprisingly, rest of the buttons in Inbox working fine. Please find the attached screenshot for the reference and suggest me how can we achieve this.

We can get ride of this issue by passing correct Application Parameter and try to open SAP UI5 iView in 'new headerless portal window' with providing correct system alias name in iView's system property.

Anyone have faced this issue. With the SAPUI5 Iview or URL Iview we are facing the same issue. Ideas always be appreciable....

I have checked the above share link. POWL buttons are working fine in irj/portal. We created portal/mobile URL Alias for POD. These POWL buttons are not working on irj/portal/mobile for the same user.

Have you checked on the authorization of the user??

Also chekc for the authorization of object CA_POWL in R3.

Hi Ram,

We checked the user authorization. The main issue is the behavior of Inbox different-2 in irj/portal and portal/mobile for the same user. In portal it's working fine and in portal/mobile have this issue. It doesn't seems like authorization issue. Our POD Inbox Iview is like an URL Iview. Are we missing some configurations?
