Can we use xml for MM PO output

Dear expert,

I am in MM SUS scenario.

As I know, for PDP, it uses Idoc-XML for PO transfer from MM to SUS. and we use PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 for service PO.

Can we use PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 for MM PO output for PDP ?

And I found even for PDP  PO, there is also the XML output. (PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1)

Please help me be more clear.

Hi Hayashi,

you can use PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 XML interface for both material and service items. You don't need to configure the idoc to xml for the PDP scenario.

I compared the difference between IDOC-XML and XML-XML.

While it really differs

If IDOC-XML , in the SUS PO confirmation

1. in the navigation , there are three steps: Purchase order response, Shipping Notif, Invoice.

2. there is no phased delivery confirmation

If XML-XML,

1. there are four steps,Good Receipt is added.

2. there is phased delivery confirmation.

Can you help me explain more on this?

Which one standard, if I use XML-XML, I even can change the price when confirming the PO which is really puzzled.
