contact person update in Sold to party mass maintance

Hi

I have to update contact persons name & telephone number in customer master. For one sold to party I have to maintain 2 contact person's details . there are around 300 customers. Can I do it through  XD99 customer mass maintenance. It is very urgent. Please reply.

Hi,

If the contact persons and telephone numbers is already available in excel you can try with MASS Transaction code

KNVP-PARNR(Contact person) & MASSKNVK-TELF1(Telephone)  as per sort option paste the excel fields by using button "Carry out a Mass change"

Hi,

I will suggest to go for BDC with the help of ABAP consultant.

abaper will ready the  upload program to upload the contact person name and telephone number.

example I am giving input excel document to upload  with fields as below

u could use XD99 to mass modify contact person if ur 300 customers have the same contact person.
