Page size bug in visual studio 2013

I have Windows 7 32 bit, Visual Studio 2013 Update 5, Crystal Reports v.13.0.12.

I upgraded my program from VS2008 to VS 2013, and the crystal reports also.

In the old version of the program I was printing to 100mm x 80mm barcode label, and would have the same print in diferent printers model.

Now with the upgrade, my print is the same, but in my customer place the print is smaller.

How to fix this?

Run ProcessMonitor and compare registry keys. There are CR keys to not reduce the page size, you have them, they don't

How do I use this program, and when I will find the registry keys how do I add them to the cilent PC?

There is another thing, I can't open the page setup of the CR in Visual studio 2013 with my 32 OS PC because the VS is crashes.

Hi Ron,

It sounds like you have issues with the install. Try doing a repair install of VS and then CR for VS.

Must be a local PC Administrator and using that account.

Check your AV software, it may be blocking CR installer from accessing the registry.

Try right clicking on the VS Icon/short cut and selecting Run As Administrator.
