Hi Jyotika,

It's very simple.

1. You will update your calender with new holiday's for the coming year.

2. Go to PT01 and then give the PSA grouping then specifice ESG grouping from the ESG of WSR from the table then generate the WSR again from the Jan to Dec.

Check and tell me.

The requirement is not clear. What do you mean by "multi personnel area holiday calendar"? Do you mean you have separate public holiday calendar(phc) for each PA?

and what do you mean by "specific to ESG"?

Hello Omid

This client has multiple personnel areas n each personnel area has say minimum two calendars, like, one is asst mgr n below and other is manager and above.

I understand  updating calendar personnel area wise,by maintaining calendar IDs. But i dunno how to create calendar wen each personnel area is further divided esg wise.

Hope this clarifies.

I think you should define your calendars and use them in your shift or what we call work schedule rules (WSR) in V_T508A. Here you have option to define different shifts and assign each shift to specific ESG, PSG. For each entry you can assign a calendar too.
