SAP Crystal Report in Visual Studio 2013

Can someone help me please?

I started a simple web project in VS2013, created a basic SAP Crystal Report, created a web page with SAP Crystal Report Viewer and called the report created earlier. All compiled well and I published the website and opened the web page in the browser. The report looked to be running fine.

I then created a sub-folder called "Reports" and repeated the same (as above) i.e. created a new report and a web page with Report Viewer etc. in this sub-folder. I published the website and when I ran this report from the sub-folder the browser shows a blank page. Please let me know why?

Surprisingly the first report that I created in the root level that is also NO longer working i.e. the browser is showing a blank page.

I would really appreciate if someone help please?

Hi Moodhi,

Are you publishing your website on IIS?

Seems the Subfolder is not able to locate the CrystalReportViewers13 Folder which has the viewer files in it.

Run the process monitor tool and see where your application is trying to find the CrystalReportsViewer13 Folder.

Process Monitor

Paste it in the desired location.

This CrystalReportViewers13 folder is in the below location:

“C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319″

Mainly you need to paste it in your application directory.
