Hi experts,

i have attached scrren shot in which valuated WT and base WT is same with seq 1 & 2 and percentages 50 & 60 respectively.

Is this configuration useful? how and where can i use it.

Please note I am asking for application of scenario where both WTs are similar in 2 sequences with varying percentages.

Hi Amit,

It is generally used in IT0008..

ex:-

HRA WT      = 50% of Basic WT...

So you will maintain as you have mentioned earlier ...

Valuated WT is  HRA

"Please note I am asking for application of scenario where both WTs are similar in 2 sequences with varying percentages."

If Start Date & End Date are same in both options Then ...Not Possible...

If Start Date & End date are different Then Yes it possible...

e.g.

Keeping Wage Types constant....

sequence    Start Date     End Date               Percent

1                   01.01.2010     31.12.2010            50.00

2                   01.01.2011     31.12.9999             60.00

Dear Amit,

You have to use different wage types if you have two different %. Create 2 Basic Wage Types and assign 50% to one wage type and 60% to other wage type.

From the Screen shot You have same wage types,, Same Start And End date & Different %..

So not possible...

In your case Delimit Dates/ Change dates... so that they don't overlap...
